These terms apply to the Saturday Programme, private lessons and holiday camps run by ChessWhiz Kids Academy.

Registration and places

A registration is a request for a spot. It is confirmed when we call or WhatsApp you.

Fees

A single Saturday is paid for each visit; monthly membership is paid at the start of the month and covers every Saturday in it. Payment details are sent with your confirmation.

Drop-off, pick-up and safety

Coaches supervise children from drop-off until pick-up. Please tell us who may collect your child, and keep health information up to date.

Conduct

Every game starts and ends with a handshake. We expect respect from players, parents and coaches alike.
